PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Silva wallpaper: misty mountain landscape with fir trees in ink and watercolour
Silva wallpaper brings a mountain landscape shrouded in mist to your wall, drawn as an ink wash with softly bleeding edges. Rows of fir trees stand in front of faint mountain ridges, framed on the left and right by a darker peak. Vertical drips and smudges run through the image, as if water has trickled down the wall. The background looks like a cracked stone or plastered wall with fine veins, so the drawing appears to sit on a time-worn surface.
Silva wallpaper as a continuous image on the wall
The design has no pattern repeat: a single image fills the entire wall. The landscape runs as a horizontal band through the middle, with plenty of empty, textured space above and below. On the wall, the trees measure roughly 20 to 50 centimetres in height. Large enough to read from a distance, small enough to keep the wall calm. In the mood photo, Silva wallpaper by INSTABILELAB hangs on the back wall of a walk-in wardrobe, between glass cabinet doors, a black marble floor and a round, backlit mirror surface.
Colours of INSTABILELAB Silva wallpaper
Colour 01 features reddish-brown fir trees on a cream background, with grayish-brown mountains behind them. This warm version pairs well with wood and subdued light, as in the walk-in wardrobe. Colour 02 is cooler: dark gray-green trees and gray mountains on light gray to white, a great match for concrete, white walls and plenty of daylight. There is also colourway 03. Silva is part of the I.Magine wallpaper collection by INSTABILELAB.
